The objective of the Asbestos NESHAP regulation is to protect public health and fitness by reducing the release of asbestos when amenities that incorporate ACMs are demolished or renovated. Asbestos NESHAP restrictions have to be adopted for all renovations of amenities with at least 80 linear meters (260 linear feet) of controlled asbestos-cont
